- At Deloitte, she led the global rollout of an enterprise sales methodology across a 1,500-person digital and inside sales organization.
- At Hilton, she served as a primary facilitator for leadership, revenue generation, and executive development programs, delivering more than 600 sessions for General Managers and Sales Directors across the United States.
- Her current consulting work supports leaders and organizations—including hospitality teams working through service, culture, and execution challenges—to build sustainable processes, stronger leader behaviors, and measurable improvement.
